Delivery Time

We try our best to ship all orders within 24 hours. However, certain products, which are customized or personalized, or part of our special collection, might take 1-3 days for shipping. All orders will reach you within 3-4 days of shipping.

We send an email and SMS with all shipping details enabling you to track your shipment. Our customer service team will call you to confirm your availability to deliver your product. If there are any unforeseen delays, we ensure we keep you informed.

Tamper Proof Packaging

All your jewellery is placed in Hard jewellery boxes, which is a tamper-proof packs along with the relevant certificates. Please inspect your package for any damage while receiving it.

Free Gift Packaging

We understand that you might want to gift our products to your loved ones. We deliver directly to the shipping address given to us. All our gift packs come with beautiful gift wraps along with your custom message. Please inform our sales agent if you wish to gift pack your jewellery.

Shipping Policy – International

International Shipping

1. All payments towards the purchase of the products need to be paid in USD only, to our EFC account. Details of the bank account will be shared after the product is confirmed.

2. Payment is to be done through an international wire transfer.

3. We offer FREE SHIPPING to the USA for all single billing transactions above INR 5 lacs.

4. We charge INR 20,000/- Shipping for all transactions below INR 5 lacs.

5. On Silver Articles Shipping Charges varies depending on Product weight and Package Dimensions.

6. Customs and Import Duty has to be borne by customers only.

7. We accept payment by credit card online, but the charge for up to 3.5% depends on the credit card.

It takes 48 – 72 hours to reflect your payment status in our account, post the confirmation from the bank, and The process of shipping will start. The shipping time post the customs clearance will be between 12-15 working days. To reserve any jewellery, you like and might want to purchase later, you need to make an advance payment of 50% of the total value of the jewellery.

iv. The delivery time varies based on the destination. However, it takes 7-14 working days and we keep you informed about the estimated time for delivery.

Insurance

i. All products will be fully insured by us until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

Custom Duty

i. All shipments of Jewellery exported from India need to be cleared by the Indian Customs office. Products along with their complete documentation are filed with the authorized officer of the Indian Customs office for inspection, examination and assessment and only then delivered to your shipping address. Hence, please ignore the message on the package section which mentions: “Please do not accept if the package is received in Open / Tampered condition”. You will find the package sealed with a label saying“
