At Krishna Jewellers, Pearls & Gems Pvt. Ltd., we take immense pride in the quality, craftsmanship and authenticity of every piece of jewellery we sell. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

This policy applies to all purchases made at our Jubilee Hills and Kokapet stores in Hyderabad, as well as orders placed through our online store at krishnajewellers.com.

Please read this policy carefully before raising a return or exchange request. By making a purchase with us, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Original purchase invoice / bill is presented
  • Item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags intact
  • Original packaging and jewellery box are included
  • Item has not been resized, altered, engraved, or repaired by a third party
  • BIS hallmark certificate (where provided) is returned with the piece
  • Gemstone grading certificate (if provided) is returned intact
✕ Not eligible for return
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Custom-made, personalised, or engraved jewellery (non-returnable)
  • Items that have been worn, used, or show signs of wear
  • Items altered, resized, or repaired by a third-party jeweller
  • Items without original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Jewellery with missing tags, packaging, or certificates
  • Items purchased during sale, special promotion, or as gifts (subject to store discretion)

Please note: All returned items undergo quality inspection at our store. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item shows evidence of damage, alteration, or misuse not present at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange at Krishna Jewellers:

Contact us within 30 days
Call +91 84990 11111, WhatsApp us, or email onlinesales@krishnajewellers.com to notify us of your intention to return. Quote your invoice number.

Receive return authorisation
Our team will confirm eligibility and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) reference number. Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.

Visit us in store or ship the item
For in-store purchases, bring the item, original invoice, and packaging to our Jubilee Hills or Kokapet store. For online orders, our team will advise on secure return shipping.

Quality inspection
Our team will inspect the returned item to confirm it meets our eligibility conditions. This typically takes 1–2 business days.

Refund or exchange processed
Once approved, your refund or exchange is processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Gold Exchange Policy

In addition to our standard returns policy, Krishna Jewellers offers a lifetime old gold exchange programme. You can bring in your old gold jewellery — from any jeweller — and exchange it for new purchases.

  • Exchange value is calculated at today's prevailing live gold rate
  • Purity and weight are verified using our BIS-certified Karatmeter — done in front of you
  • Exchange applies to jewellery, gold coins, and bars — from any brand or source
  • Exchange value can be used toward any purchase of equal or higher value
  • Making charges from your original jewellery are not deducted — only metal value is assessed
  • There is no minimum weight requirement — we accept from 1 gram upward

Refunds & Timeline

Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed as follows:

Making charges & GST: Please note that making charges paid on jewellery are generally non-refundable as they cover the artisan cost of crafting the piece. GST is refunded as per applicable government guidelines. Our team will clarify the exact refund amount at the time of your return.

Online Order Returns

Items purchased through krishnajewellers.com are subject to the same 30-day return eligibility conditions above, with the following additional terms:

  • 📦 Return shipping: For approved returns, we will arrange a secure insured courier pickup at our cost. Do not return items via standard post or uninsured courier.
  • 📸 Photographic evidence: For damaged or incorrect items received, please photograph the item and packaging within 24 hours of delivery and email the images to onlinesales@krishnajewellers.com.
  • 🚚 Delivery discrepancies: If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.
  • 🔐 Tamper-evident seal: Online orders are dispatched with a tamper-evident seal. If the seal is broken on arrival, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately.
  • 🏬 In-store drop-off: You may also return online purchases directly at our Jubilee Hills or Kokapet stores during business hours, subject to the standard eligibility conditions.

Repairs & Servicing

We offer jewellery repair and servicing for pieces purchased from Krishna Jewellers. Repairs are handled by our in-house craftsmen with the same care as the original piece.

  • Complimentary cleaning and polishing for all Krishna Jewellers purchases — visit either store anytime
  • Resizing of rings and bangles available — charges apply based on gold weight required
  • Repair quotations are provided before any work commences — no surprise charges
  • Repairs that require additional gold or gemstones are priced at prevailing market rates
  • We do not offer warranty repairs for damage caused by accidents, misuse, or third-party alterations
  • Typical repair turnaround: 3–7 business days depending on complexity

To bring in a piece for repair, visit our Jubilee Hills (10:30 AM–9:00 PM) or Kokapet (11:00 AM–8:30 PM) store. Our team will assess the piece and provide a written quote.
