POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 4+
years of post-qualification experience to join our Finance Department as an
Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in statutory
compliance, statutory audits, taxation, and financial reporting, with a strong
understanding of the regulatory landscape governing the gems and jewellery
sector in India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Statutory Compliance & Audit
Lead and coordinate statutory audits, ensuring timely
completion and strict adherence to auditing standards.
Prepare and review statutory financial statements and
related disclosures in compliance with Ind AS / Indian GAAP.
Manage all regulatory filings, including ROC
compliance, MCA filings, and other statutory obligations.
Act as the primary point of contact for external

Ensure compliance with Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other
applicable tax laws; oversee preparation and filing of tax returns.
2. Financial Reporting & Controls
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes,
