Diamond bridal jewellery — FAQs

  • Krishna Jewellers offers a comprehensive bridal diamond jewellery collection including diamond necklace sets, long harams, chokers, vaddanams (waistbelts), bangles, earrings, jhumkas, maang tikka, and bajubands. All piecesare crafted in 18K gold and many feature coloured gemstones like emeralds, tanzanite, rubies, and sapphires.

  • Yes. All diamonds used in Krishna Jewellers' bridal collection are IGI (International Gemological Institute) certified, ensuring authenticity, quality, and transparency. Each certificate details the 4Cs — cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight — so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

  • Most of the diamond bridal jewellery at Krishna Jewellers is crafted in 18K gold (75% pure), which provides the ideal
combination of durability and richness required for diamond settings. A select
range of traditional designs is also available in 14K gold. All pieces are BIS
    hallmarked.

  • The bridal diamond jewellery collection spans a wide range. Earrings start from approximately Rs. 2.3 lakh, necklaces and harams range from Rs. 5 lakh to Rs.55 lakh+, diamond chokers from Rs. 14 lakh to Rs. 80 lakh+, and vaddanams from Rs. 24 lakh to Rs. 76 lakh+. Each piece is individually priced based on diamond weight, gold weight, and design complexity.

  • Yes. Krishna Jewellers offers personalised one-on-one bridal styling consultations at
their Jubilee Hills showroom in Hyderabad (open 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM daily). You can also schedule a video call appointment for remote viewing, which is particularly popular with NRI brides and customers outside Hyderabad.

  • A Vaddanam (also called Oddiyanam or Waist Belt) is a traditional South Indian bridal waist ornament worn over the saree or lehenga. It is considered an essential piece of bridal jewellery in Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada weddings. Krishna Jewellers offers Vaddanams in peacock, floral, and mango motifs in 18K diamond and gold.

  • Yes. Krishna Jewellers provides full bespoke design services. You can personalise the motif (peacock, mango, temple, floral), gemstone combination (emeralds, rubies, tanzanite), gold colour
(yellow, rose, or white gold), and the overall weight and size of the piece to
    suit your bridal look.

  • Polki jewellery uses uncut, raw diamonds in
their natural form — it is the oldest diamond jewellery tradition in India and has a vintage, matte brilliance. Modern diamond jewellery uses faceted, cut-and-polished diamonds that reflect maximum light and sparkle. Krishna Jewellers stocks both styles.

  • Krishna Jewellers (established 1983) curates six distinct bridal jewellery styles: Diamond (modern, IGI certified), Polki (uncut diamonds, traditional), Kundan (Rajasthani gold foil work), Temple (South
Indian deity-inspired, Jadau (Mughal court style), and Meenakari (enamel
work). Each suits a different regional wedding tradition.

  • Yes. The full bridal diamond jewellery
collection is available to browse and purchase on krishnajewellers.com. For
high-value bridal pieces, Krishna Jewellers also offers a video call consultation service so you can view pieces live, ask questions, and make an informed decision before purchasing

  • Krishna Jewellers offers a 7-day refund policy and lifetime exchange on jewellery purchases. Free shipping is also included.
For specific terms on bridal diamond jewellery exchange, it is recommended to
confirm details with the store team at the time of purchase, as policies may
vary by product type and value.

  • A complete South Indian bridal diamond set
typically includes a long haram or necklace, matching earrings (jhumkas or drop
earrings), a maang tikka, bangles, a vaddanam (waist belt), and occasionally a
bajuband (arm band). Krishna Jewellers carries all these categories in
    coordinated designs.
