Returns and Refund Policy from Krishna Jewellers
1 Jewellery sold can be exchanged or returned subject to the following terms and conditions.
2 The original invoice should be produced at the time of return or exchange.
3 Jewellery should be in good condition. If damaged, then a separate valuation will be done.
4 Within 7 days of purchase, jewellery can be exchanged or returned for 100% of the invoice value.
5. After 7 days of purchase:
A. Gold - (Net Weight × Current day price) exchange or return.
B. Diamond - Weight × Price for exchange; Weight × Price - Less 10% for refund.
C. Polki - Colour stones and pearls, 80% of value paid for exchange or return.
D. Birthstone - No exchange, No return.
6. Krishna Jewellers Pearls and Gems has the right to modify or alter these terms and conditions without prior notice.
7. Subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction.
